Made-to-Order Policy

At Carbon & Cass, we pride ourselves on offering you the opportunity to customize every piece to your unique preferences. Each creation is meticulously handmade, ensuring that your item is truly one-of-a-kind.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled. To accommodate changes, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Should your item arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team is here to assist you promptly. You can contact us at support@Carboncass.com. Upon approval of a return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies, contact us immediately so we can address the situation and rectify it to your satisfaction.

Please be advised that returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
